Since all medications are sent overnight with free delivery, medications requiring refrigeration are placed in protective packaging with a cooler pack. Patients are contacted when medications are sent out and know to expect their medications by the next day.
Yes – You will receive printed directions or a video showing you how to use the medication. If you have any questions, a pharmacist is available to discuss your medication.
