Compounding is the process of creating customized pharmaceutical preparations to better meet the
individual needs of a patient when their needs are not met by mass-produced, commercially available
drugs

What makes a compounding pharmacy different from a regular pharmacy?

Regular pharmacies dispense mass-produced medications; we prepare each medication in our

specific medicine tailored to each patient’s needs and therapeutic goals.

Do you accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) cards?

that Rxify does not offer sterile medications.

Can you fill a prescription for any state?

No, currently, Rxify is only able to fill and prescriptions within the state of Florida.

Why would someone need compounded medications?

Customizing your medication allows your healthcare provider to meet your specific needs and offers
alternative therapies. Several medications can be combined into a single, convenient dose or your
medication can be formulated without ingredients such as gluten, soy, parabens, and irritating
fragrances or dyes.

What is the difference between Rxify and my local compounding pharmacy?

No, Rxify utilizes only PCAB Accredited pharmacies. The staff is trained in proper gowning, aseptic
techniques and USP guidelines. Only high-grade chemicals from FDA approved suppliers are utilized.
Additionally, your healthcare provider is unable to order and communicate as easily with other
compounding pharmacies.

No, based on our experience, insurance rarely covers compounded medications. We will, however,
provide claim forms for you to submit to your insurance provider so that the medication cost may be
applied to your healthcare deductible. Additionally, you can use your FSA or HSA accounts to cover the
cost of compounded medications.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are sent out Mon-Thurs. Orders are not shipped or
delivered on holidays or weekends. Once we contact you and have all your needed information, you
should expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days.
