In order to help coordinate your care, Rxify would like to offer you the ability to receive text messages, emails, and phone calls relating to your initial prescription, reminders for prescriptions, refills, and other information to help you manage your health. The first email and text message will be sent to you based on the email and phone number you provided to your prescribing provider. Messages may come from Rxify or from our partners, including Rx Express, who are helping to manage your care.

The responsibility for prescriptions and refills will still rest with you, but we hope this service will make things easier.

When we send text messages, we will never transmit your name or address in the text message, however we may send you information specific to your health condition. If you would like to participate in this program please confirm your cell phone number on the Rxify website pop-up when requested. You will always have the option of unsubscribing or opting out of receiving future text messages or email messages whenever we send you a text or an email.

I understand that I am consenting to receive text messages, emails and phone calls relating to prescriptions, refills and other health care reminders as described above, until I opt out of the services or unsubscribe. I will keep Rxify informed of my up to date mobile number and email address at all times, and notify Rxify if the mobile number is no longer in my possession.
